Access to testing is critical to limiting the spread of coronavirus. At Simple Laboratories, we are responding to the public health crisis by making COVID-19 testing easy and accessible for everyone.
We take a fresh approach to healthcare by delivering exceptional laboratory services while being transparent and supportive. Our efficient testing methodologies produce high-quality results quickly and accurately. During the pandemic, it’s more important than ever for all people to access lab services that are safe, convenient, and affordable.
Simple Laboratories offers PCR and antibody testing to identify if individuals are infected or may have been infected with coronavirus.
Our Patient Service Centers are currently accepting patients with a provider's order. To be tested for coronavirus at our facilities, a provider's order is required. If you are symptomatic, we recommend you call ahead to your doctor before going to their office, emergency room or urgent care center.
COVID-19 testing is available with no out-of-pocket costs to the patient. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act & CARES Act requires that group health plans must provide coverage for approved COVID-19 testing without imposing any cost sharing (including deductibles, copayments and coinsurance) AND will also provide claims reimbursement for testing uninsured individuals for COVID-19.
