Rapid, accurate testing is critical to limiting the spread of coronavirus. The Simple Laboratories team is responding to the public health crisis by making COVID-19 testing easy and accessible for everyone.

During the pandemic, it’s more important than ever for all people to access lab services that are safe, convenient, and affordable. 

Simple Laboratories offers PCR and antibody testing to identify if individuals are infected or may have been infected with coronavirus. 

We are currently ONLY accepting patients with  provider's order. To get a coronavirus test at our facility, a doctor's order is required. 

Call your doctor BEFORE going to the doctor's office, ER or urgent care center, to let them know your symptoms. 

COVID-19 testing is available with no out-of-pocket costs to the patient. 

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act & CARES Act require that group health plans must provide coverage for approved.

COVID-19 testing without imposing any cost sharing (including deductibles, copayments and coinsurance) AND will also provide claims reimbursement for testing uninsured individuals for COVID-19.
